OUR TREATMENTS
The company is specialized in the processing of cotton and acrylic jerseys, both printed and joined, interlocks, stretch fabrics and technical for sportswear (e.g. stretch jersey, sweatshirts of all kinds, fleece, etc.), fabrics for pyjamas (e.g. knitted or crocheted, such as milan, jacquard, rodier, acrylic and polyester sponges, etc.), fabrics for furnishings and clothing (ottoman, piquet, etc.). We also successfully work fabrics for mattresses and all fabrics up to cm. 260 width.
The plants present are state-of-the-art in the sector, and allow to obtain quality and speed in the processing process, thanks also to a high computerization of procedures.
Finishing
Raising, sueding, shearing, peach touch, fallow touch
Dry finishing treatments on fabrics of any fiber and armor. These treatments guarantee every possible finishing, fabric surface with pile.
Carbon microsueding or brushing
Dry finishing treatment for any fabrics. A unique treatment allows to obtain exceptionally soft hands with a suede effect.
Treatments on stenter machine with softness
These processes can be done dry or through special wet finishing with padder. Thanks to the computerized management of the products, the recipes used are coded, guaranteeing over time to repeat the treatment.
Stenter, compact and shrinking operation in line.
Open width compact treatment with high dimensional stability to the fabrics, (soft and full hand with felt and shiny with rubber).
Tumbler
Giving to the fabric a high dimensional stability to washing, giving a soft, elastic and pleasant hand.
Dyeing
Scouring & Bleaching
Water treatment necessary to scoure the fabrics from oils and prepare them for dyeing processes.
Thermofix
Thermofix in open width, of natural and synthetic fibre fabrics, with any percentage of elastomeric fibre.
Continuous washing process
This represents a significant innovation, thanks to a particular technology, allows to wash fabrics, with a considerable recovery of time, water and energy. Suitable not only for dyeing, but for giving a touch of quality to the fabrics.
Bleach & Optical White
Add treatment for washing the fibres which allows to give the fabrics a white or an intensive white, optical or blue tones, depending on the inquires of the market.
Technical consultancy services
They are carried out internally on each parties, the tests necessary to verify the success of the processing. We are supported by a specialist technician in the field, in case you need detailed analysis on the plots. The same professional shall be entitled to issue expert opinions.

Preparation for printing
We carry out preventive steps to the press according to customer’s instructions.
Coating and foaming
Application of resins and anti - slip on knitted and woven fabrics.
Shiny calender
This process gives a different grade of shiny silk effect depending on the required settings. The intensity of this effect can be increased by applying sophisticated targeted recipes.
Treatments
The products used in the various production processes are in compliance with OEKOTEX regulations.
